Pile Driving and Extraction

SPI can provide piling solutions that meet the needs of a vast range of civil engineering projects.

We operate four ABI Telescopic Leader Rigs that are purpose designed for steel pile installation and removal. Our largest rig can handle piles  up to 19.3m long.

In addition to the rigs, we operate PVE 2316 and PVE 24VM crane-suspended vibro hammers which use the latest frequency damping technology to ensure quieter operation. We can also offer a choice of Excavator mounted Movax units for use on both Sheet and Tube Piling.

For piling projects which require 'silent' or 'vibration free' methods we operate two  TOSA "Still Worker" Pile Presses.

We also have a full range of equipment for specialist applications such as pre-augering.
